Merritt Chosen to lead Waterford Communities

The Waterford Communities Assisted Living and Memory Careproudly announce the promotion of Christy Merritt to executive director of its Lincoln facilities. In this new role Merritt will provide direction, leadership and oversight for all locations.
Merritt brings 18+ years of successful marketing and business experience to our organization. She has a compassion for people with a special interest in elder care including a desire to enhance the lives of each resident. She has done an outstanding job in her leadership role at our Waterford at Williamsburg location. We have found Merritt to be a compassionate and gifted leader as she has strengthened our team and enhanced service to our residents while fostering communication with resident families.
The Waterford Communities include three assisted living locations in Lincoln. The Waterford at Williamsburg, located on the northwest corner of S. 40th & Pine Lake Road, offers assisted living care. The Waterford at College View, 4848 S. 48th Street, provides higher levels of assisted living care. Our newest community, The Waterford at Wilderness Hills, just south of S. 27th & Yankee Hill Road, provides memory care in a home-like setting. Each community specializes in providing housing and care needs for mature adults including adult daycare for short or long term needs and a welcoming atmosphere for their families.
